I received the commission's report on its review of European Parliament constituencies on 22 February. As required by the House of Commons (Redistribution of Seats) Act 1949 and the European Assembly Elections Act 1978, I will lay the report as soon as may be, together with the draft of an Order in Council for giving effect, whether with or without modifications, to the recommendations contained in the report.
