§ Mr. Chris PattenI am advised by the chairman of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive that £75 was spent in 1981–82 and £34,690 in 1982–83; in view of the high level of demand for grants produced by the 1982–83 advertising campaign, it was not considered necessary to incur any such expenditure in the current financial year.
