Sir Dudley Smith

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many deaths due to adverse reaction have been reported to the Committee on Safety of Medicines in respect of the following pharmaecutical products; Zomax, Zelmid, Osmosin and Flosint.

Mr. Kenneth Clarke

The number of deaths registered by the Committee on Safety of Medicines up to and including 22 February 1984 of suspected adverse reactions associated with the use of the products Zomax, Zelmid, Osmosin and Flosint is:

Number
Zomax 7
Zehnid 7
