§ Mr. Chris PattenThis is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, but I understand from the chairman that the executive has not considered it necessary to spend money on advertising this policy which has been well publicised in the news media, by the publication of explanatory leaflets, and by direct contact with tenants.
