§ 44. Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he has made representations to the Syrian Government about their support of the activities of the Abu Nidal terrorist organisation against diplomats in other countries.
§ Sir Geoffrey HoweWe have raised this subject with the Syrian Government on a number of occasions. They have told us that they do not support Abu Nidhal's terrorist activities. They are well aware of our resolute opposition to all forms of terrorism.
