asked the Secretary of State for Transport how Many road traffic accidents in Great Britain in each of the past four years could be primarily or substantially attributable to vehicles involved exceeding the speed limit for the type and category of highway or road then in operation.

I regret that information on vehicle speeds is not provided in accident reports to the Department of Transport.
