asked the Secretary of State for Transport what crossing arrangements he will make for those wishing to move across the A40 near Hoover's when the traffic lights there have been removed for those who suffer from vertigo and are therefore unable to make use of the Millett footbridge.

Those people who are unable to cross the footbridge may use the Argyle road bridge about 400 yd away.
