§ Rev. William McCreaasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will take steps to provide pensioners and handicapped persons in Northern Ireland with a concessionary television licence fee.
§ Mr. HurdWe shall be extending the existing concessionary 5p licence scheme so that physically disabled and mentally disordered people in residential accommodation qualify on the same terms as retirement 191W pensioners, but we have no plans to introduce concessionary licences for old or handicapped people generally.
