§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandBoth my noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate and I have received a number of representations recently urging more prosecutions of those who sell cigarettes to children under 16. These representations have increased since the publication of the OPCS survey "Smoking among Secondary School Children".
