§ Mr. Alan ClarkWaltham Forest is in the Greater London travel-to-work area. Unemployment figures are available for the jobcentre areas within the travel-to-work area. In the Walthamstow and Leytonstone jobcentre areas, which closely correspond to the London borough of Waltham Forest, there were 11,227 unemployment claimants on 12 January 1984.
