§ The Prime MinisterDuring my 26 visits which I have paid to overseas countries since March 1981 my son was present at two official functions given by representatives14W of the British Government; a reception by Her Majesty's ambassador in Abu Dhabi to mark The Queen's Birthday and a dinner given by the British ambassador during my visit to the United States in September 1983. Records were not kept of the guest lists of functions given by other Governments. Members of my family occasionally attend official functions at No. 10 Downing Street and regional tours of this country, but no detailed record of their attendance is kept.
