§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Prime Minister when she expects the process of evaluating the contents of the text of the official history of British counter-intelligence operations by Professor Michael Howard to reach a stage where a decision about its publication can be made.
§ The Prime MinisterI cannot say when the process of evaluation may be completed. At such time as a decision to publish is taken, I will of course inform the House.
