Dr. Cunningham

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, pursuant to his written answer of 30 January, concerning the percentage increase to current expenditure of local authorities, he will publish the percentage increase in current expenditure, in cash, between (a) 1978–79 and 1983–84 and (b) 1981–82 and 1983–84, of the Metropolitan police.
