§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Energy what proposals the Government have for the surpluses produced by the electricity supply industry when all its debt has been redeemed.
§ Mr. Giles ShawI will be discussing this issue with the industry, but should point out that it will be several years before the industry as a whole is free from debt.
