§ Mr. MacGregorWe are in the process of consultations with organisations with an interest in this matter, including those representing producers, consumers and enforcement authorities. Similar consultations are being undertaken in Scotland and Northern Ireland. We will then be in a position to review our present requirements fully in the light of the latest information and the views of all concerned.
