§ Mr. AncramThe report has been received and is being studied. As it deals inter alia with questions related to prison security, it will not be published or placed in the Library. As I promised in my reply to his questions on 19 January—[Vol. 52, c.307]—I shall write to my hon. Friend when my study of the governor's report has been completed.
