§ 64. Mr. Cohenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, further to his answer to the hon. Member for Ealing, North (Mr. Greenway) on 22 December 1983, and the hon. Member for Newham, North-West (Mr. Banks) on 16 January about informing the public about the Government's policies for local government, what was the annual cost to the taxpayer of the four officials referred to, the current annual budget available for them to spend, and the estimated budget for his Department's information directorate to spend on the same purpose.
