§ Mr. BrookeThe number of students seeking to achieve graduate status by this route is relatively small. Regional advisory councils will look sympathetically on applications for approval of such courses where colleges can demonstrate sufficient local demand, but it would not be academically or financially acceptable to run courses for very small numbers of students.
