§ Mr. DunnIt is first necessary to establish the scope for redeploying teacher time within the Government's existing plans. My right hon. Friend has now embarked on talks with his partners in the education service about the proposals in his speech. These talks will include consideration of the scope for redeployment and of the longer term resource implications of his objectives.
