§ Mr. McTaggartasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many designated places in (a) Glasgow and (b) Scotland have been provided under section 5 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1980 to offer drying-out and assessment facilities for homeless drunken offenders as an alternative to prosecution.
§ Mr. John MacKayNo such places have so far been designated in Glasgow, but one has been designated in Aberdeen.
