§ 51. Mr. Campbell-Savoursasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he will review the financial support arrangements for 16 and 17-year-olds in education and training.
§ Sir Keith JosephI shall continue to keep under general review the question of financial support for 16 to 19-year-old students, though I see no prospect of a change in the present arrangements in the foreseeable future. Support for 16 and 17-year-olds on training schemes is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Employment.
