§ Mr. YoungerMy Department has as yet carried out only limited analysis of data collected for sex monitoring purposes. This is however one of the issues which my officials will be discussing with trade union representatives when they meet shortly to consider a service-wide action programme based on the recommendations of a joint review group on employment opportunities for women in the Civil Service.
