§ The Prime MinisterNo. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry announced yesterday the terms on which the Nissan project is to proceed. On that basis, the Government welcome the project which they consider will lead to a net increase, and not a reduction, in jobs in the British motor industry.
