§ Mr. RifkindThe United Kingdom contribution to the United Nations development programme in 1984 will be £19 million. We do not contribute directly to the United Nations fund for Namibia or its Namibia nationhood programme; but we assist the United Nations institute for Namibia by providing two experts in English language teaching.
