§ Mr. Barnettasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many projects submitted under the aid and trade provision in each of the years since 1979 have been found to be commercially viable but unacceptable on developmental criteria.
§ Mr. RifkindOf cases formally presented by the Department of Trade and Industry to ODA, the number turned down for developmental reasons in the years in question were as follows:
