§ Mr. Marlowasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland under what circumstances and in what numbers women have been permitted to visit Maze prisoners for the purposes of sexual intercourse over each of the last three years.
§ Mr. ScottNo visits have been permitted for this purpose, but the recent report by HM Chief Inspector of Prisons concluded that sexual intercourse could have taken place in one of the three visiting blocks at HM prison Maze. Steps have been taken to ensure that this possibility is eliminated.
