§ Mr. RifkindI met Mr. David Meroro, national chairman of the South West Africa People's Organisation, in Luanda in November 1983. There are periodic contacts at official level with representatives of SWAPO in London and abroad. Such meetings are consistent with our policy of maintaining contact with the parties involved in Namibia.
