§ Mr. Butler[pursuant to the reply, 19 December 1984, c. 206]: The United Kingdom and United States are collaborating in a joint programme of studies aimed at testing the feasibility of siting an over-the-horizon radar system in the United Kingdom. These studies are at a very early stage and there are at present no firm plans for implementation.
