Member for Barnsley, Central (Mr. Mason) on 20 November, at column 100, we are examining the practical difficulties of establishing effective control on the lines recommended by the Salmon Sales Group of he former 261W National Water Council and no decisions can be taken until we have the measure of the practical implications of such a scheme.
