§ Lord Lucas of ChilworthI am pleased to be able to say that, as announced by my right honourable friend the Minister for Trade yesterday, a measure of ECGD medium-term cover for Brazil has now been restored under the arrangements for ECGD support for selected countries which have rescheduled their officially guaranteed debts.
