§ Mr. Nicholas Bakerasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will announce the date of the publication of draft order proposals for implementation of the Bourton and Zeals bypass.
§ Mr. Michael SpicerI am unable at this stage to give a firm date for publication of the draft orders, but if present progress is maintained I hope that this will be achieved during the latter part of next year.
