HC Deb 19 December 1984 vol 70 c225W
Mrs. Renée Short

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what reaction he has had from health authorities arising from the report published by his Department entitled "Underused and Surplus Property in the National Health Service"; and if any of them have taken steps to implement recommendations issued in it.

Mr. John Patten

In general health authorities have reacted favourably to the recommendations of the report. All authorities are required to implement the report's principal recommendations and generally good progress is being made towards this.
