§ Mr. Stuart Hollandasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will provide an analysis of the Greater London council's budgeted rate fund net current expenditure broken down by service for each service to be transferred from the Greater London council to the London boroughs and other bodies including the Fire Board, Thames Water authority, London Planning Commission, Thamesmead trust, Historic Building Commission, Lee Valley regional park authority, residuary body, Sports Council, Arts Council, Inner London education authority, shire counties and shire districts.
