§ Mr. RifkindWe have made continued representations to the Ethiopian authorities about human rights. I raised the issue both with Ethiopian Ministers during my visit to Addis Ababa in July and more recently with the Ethiopian ambassador in London. My right hon. Friend the Minister for Overseas Development also raised the matter during his visit to Addis Ababa last month.
