Member on Tuesday 11 December, at columns 407–8, my Department bears the costs of: enforcing legislation, various occupational health and safety publications issued free of charge to seafarers or to masters or shipowners; the collection and analysis of accident data; certain research projects; and various other activities, including a number associated with enforcing legislation.
