§ Sir George YoungThe cost of producing a full list of all organisations who have responded, and a separate analysis of their responses, would be disproportionate to the value of the information. We have already placed in the Library a comprehensive analysis of the responses to the White Paper, which includes a list of local authorities and major national organisations who have responded.
