asked the Secretary of State for Wales what is Wales' allocation of the adult training loans experimental scheme for 1985–86.

A consultation paper was issued on 12 November inviting views, by the end of January, on an experimental scheme of training loans. Decisions on such a scheme will be taken in the light of this consultation.
