Mr. Dewar

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many men have been prosecuted for rape in each of the last five years in Scotland; how many have been convicted in each of these years; and, of these, how many have been sentenced to terms of imprisonment of less than three years, between three and five years, between five and 10 years and over 10 years, respectively.
