§ Mr.WhitneyInsurance of the hospital is a matter for the Falkland Islands Government. We are making enquiries of the authorities in Port Stanley and I shall write to the hon. Member.
§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions he has had with the Falkland Islands Government on a new constitution for the Falkland Islands.
§ Mr. WhitneyWe have been in frequent touch with the Falkland Islands Government over the new constitution, the drafting of which is well advanced. Final details remain to be discussed.
