(2) how many people in Leicester are currently registered for the youth training scheme.
§ Mr. Peter Morrison[pursuant to his reply, 11 April 1984]: There is no requirement for eligible young people to register for the youth training scheme. By the end of February 342,317 youngsters had entered the scheme and at the same date 259,282 youngsters were actually in training.
Comparable figures for the county of Leicestershire were 4,644 and 2,980, respectively.
