asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many requests by the Royal Ulster Constabulary to the Government of the Irish Republic for the extradition of people wanted in connection with terrorist-type offences in Northern Ireland have been granted in the last 15 years.

In the case of two individuals wanted by the Royal Ulster Constabulary in connection with terrorist-type offences, the courts in the Republic of Ireland have ruled that they should be returned to Northern Ireland.
