§ Mr. YoungerRevised guidance is being issued this week and a copy has been placed in the Library. The guidance takes account of the comments in the ninth report from the Committee of Public Accounts and has been prepared in consultation with the Chief Valuer (Scotland). 353W It was also shown in draft to Professor J. M. Halliday, who prepared an earlier report on the disposal of land at Robroyston hospital, and he agrees that it sets out a satisfactory framework of procedures for the guidance of Scottish Office staff.
