§ Mr. ButlerThe new agricultural arrangements, decided upon by the Council of Ministers on 30 March, will be applied, inter alia, by means of detailed Commission regulations, some of which have not yet been drafted or discussed. It is therefore too early to make a statement detailing how those arrangements will apply to each sector of the agriculture industry in Northern Ireland.
