§ Lord James Douglas-Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he has received the Building Research Establishment Report on the Blackburn-Orlit houses; and when the contents of the report will be made public.
§ Mr. AncramThe Building Research Establishment has found some practical difficulty in surveying a sufficient number of these houses but hope to complete their investigation soon. The intention is to make the report publicly available on completion.
