§ Mr. John MacKayThe 1971 White Paper on "Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries in Scotland" (Cmnd. 275W 4821), has been largely superseded by consultative papers issued by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland in December 1979 and December 1983.
