asked the Prime Minister under what circumstances district organisers of the Women's Royal Voluntary Service are expected to sign the Official Secrets Act.

I understand that only those members of the WRVS (38 at the present time) who hold services welfare appointments (both at home and overseas) are required to sign a declaration, because of the possibility that they might become aware of classified information.
