§ Mr. ChannonI have received one representation, from my hon. Friend the Member for Delyn. BSI 680 is a matter for my hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment. If there is any question of dumping, my Department's Anti-Dumping Unit would be glad to advise on the possibility of a case.
