§ Mr. Blairasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) whether at his meeting on 16 March with the president of the Association of Chief Police Officers, he discussed with the president the stopping by police of miners leaving their own county whom they thought were going to join a picket line in another county;
(2) whether at his meeting on 16 March with the president of the Association of Chief Police Officers, he discussed the National Coal Board's proceedings for an injunction against the National Union of Mineworkers.
