§ Mr. NewtonThe Property Services Agency's responsibility for managing the Government's land and property estate includes the provision of accommodation required by DHSS. PSA has been seeking larger premises of suitable standard in Kirkwall since 1969 without success. Since August 1983, however, the agency has been negotiating for additional land to enable the present DHSS building in Kirkwall to be extended.
