§ Mr. Peter WalkerMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment is replying on behalf of the whole Civil Estate. The only surplus properties belonging to the Department of Energy are 21 redundant oil storage sites, all of which are currently at various stages of disposal.
